Noorani & Co was founded in 1966 by (late) Engineer Mr. Abdul Aziz Noorani as a proprietary concern to provide the service to the civil construction industry in Pakistan and this has been the mainline activity of the company to present day.

In early days of its inception the main job of the company was to produce only chemicals that are used in civil construction industry. However in 1997 company started executing jobs of water proofing and damp proofing of basements, roofs, under ground, overhead water tanks, fuel tanks, swimming pools reservoirs retaining walls, sewers. And metal topping/flooring of industrial floor for heavy duty utilization and have done number of renowned projects in Pakistan. Today Noorani & Co specialized in water proofing.
